WHAT'S NEW, PUSSYCAT???

Hmmm, let's see . . .

Still hanging out in Toledo, OR, instead of San Francisco, CA. Check.


Feels like I have been here forever instead of just one week. Check.


Already forgetting what I loved, hated and didn't really care about in Africa. Check.

• Eating and drinking like I might (but do not) have worms. Check.



• Off antibiotics and assorted African scrapes/bruises healing nicely. Check.



• Using above as an excuse to avoid the gym since all I can wear is Crocs. Check.

Finally caved in to Facebook's siren lure. Check. Check. Check. Sigh.


• Finally caved in to iPod Nano's promises that all my old-school CDs will transfer seamlessly. Check.
  
• 
  Have ordered everything I could possibly order & then some in an online shopping frenzy. Check.



• Am feeling great angst about gathering the necessary visas for Russia, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan. Check.



• Am gnashing my teeth at Adventure Center's lame attempts to sort out the above. Double check.
